Created a professional custom WordPress Theme for City Home Inspections. The theme was created with speed and local SEO in mind. The theme features a blazing fast Google PageSpeed, a futuristic slider powered by custom post types, easy one-click reviews for google and social sharing, cutting edge design that drives user interaction, adaptive content based on desktop and mobile phones and of course complete mobile-first responsiveness. All of this built-in functionality without the use of excessive site-slowing plugins.
Google PageSpeed Insights
For businesses how rely so heavily on the power of their SEO to bring in local customers page speed is one of the most important things to consider. If your website has a lower page speed than your direct competition, its now more likely to rank below them. This website boasts a 96 mobile Google pageSpeed and a 100 desktop Google pageSpeed. Both of those scores are considered fast and above average.
Custom Post Types
The front page featured a beautiful slick slider powered by a custom post type and Advance Custom Fields. Since this slider was designed to not use images, it’s lightweight and doesn’t slow down the site not one bit. The Advanced custom fields makes it very easy the client to create, update and delete slide content while the custom post type makes it easy to create and delete slides.
Adaptive Contacts
Some of the contact information in this theme will be different based on if you’re viewing the site with a phone, or tablet or computer. Users surfing with a mobile device will see the contact number/ email say call now/ email now instead of the actual phone number/ email you would see if you were on a tablet or desktop computer. This makes it easy for users to call you instantly with with just a tap if they have cell phone service.
Single-Click Reviews & Sharing
Good reviews are vital to a local business! That’s why in this theme, user can simply click on the Google reviews logo to submit a review quick and simple. Soon I’ll be adding a section for Yelp and Facebook single-click reviews.
This theme also includes single click social sharing on every page without the use of site-slowing sharing plugins.
